JAKARTA – Sebanyak 75 pegawai KPK yang dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat wawasan kebangsaan umumnya adalah figur berprestasi dan berintegritas. Di antara mereka ada para Ketua Satgas Penyidikan dan Ketua Satgas Penyelidikan yang tengah menangani kasus-kasus besar.
“Mereka ini boleh dibilang lokomotifnya, simbol pemberantasan korupsi. Mereka semua sekelas Novel (Baswedan), banyak melakukan OTT, dan tengah menangani kasus-kasus besar,” kata Direktur Sosialisasi & Kampanye Antikorupsi KPK Giri Suprapdiono kepada Tim Blak-blakan detikcom, Kamis (27/5/2021).
Giri, yang sudah 16 tahun bekerja di KPK, antara lain menyebut Rizka Anung Nata, Andre Harun, Rasamala, Herry Muryanto, Ambarita Damanik, dan Harun Al Rasyid sebagai sosok yang disegani karena prestasi dan integritasnya. Kiprah mereka dan timnya mungkin dianggap membahayakan karena, sekalipun UU KPK sudah direvisi, tetap dapat melakukan operasi tangkap tangan para pejabat lewat operasi tangkap tangan (OTT).
Mengingat rekam jejak mereka, independensi, dan integritasnya, dia curiga tes wawasan kebangsaan tak lebih dari rekayasa jahat. Penyingkiran sengaja dilakukan agar pihak-pihak yang punya niat jahat untuk kepentingan Pemilu dan Pilpres 2024 dapat leluasa menggarong APBN. Sebab, menurut alumnus Institute to Social Studies-Erasmus University of Rotterdam itu, dunia bisnis saat ini sedang ambruk karena pandemi.
“Sumber utamanya adalah APBN, yang selama ini diawasi BPK dan KPK, gitu kan. Jadi saya takut sekali kalau 75 orang ini diperetelin, kemudian mereka dengan leluasa menggarong APBN ini,” kata Giri, yang pernah bekerja di sebuah badan di bawah naungan PBB.
Dengan rekam jejak mumpuni dan integritas yang teruji, dia tak percaya bila 51 dari 75 pegawai itu kemudian dimasukkan kategori merah dan tak bisa dibina lagi. Sebagai pengajar wawasan kebangsaan di banyak lembaga negara, dia justru menilai seharusnya mereka semua diberi nila kelulusan cum laude. Juga sangat layak diberi gelar pahlawan, bukan malah disingkirkan.
“Apakah menangkapi koruptor itu tidak punya wawasan kebangsaan? Apakah mengembalikan kerugian negara ratusan miliar, bahkan triliunan, itu tidak dianggap sebagai jasa,” papar mantan Direktur Gratifikasi KPK itu.
